GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Operative table with a folding top designed to facilitate horizontal stacking and storage. It features a 25mm melamine top and a metal frame with a folding system operated by a lever and wheels with brakes.

About:

Made from 25mm thick particle board with a two-layer coating. Edges of 2mm thick ABS, applied with polyurethane glue. All edges are rounded to R=2mm.

The connection to the structure is made using M6 metal pins and eccentric bolts.

Structure:

Metal structure with Clap leg for folding table, with a height of 715mm below the tabletop. Supplied in two versions according to depth: upper support for 80cm or upper support for 60cm.

The leg is made up of a vertical tube with a rectangular cross-section. At the bottom, it includes two folded metal pieces and two wheels with a diameter of 60mm. At the top, a foldable metal bracket is attached, which tilts when the lever is unlocked.

The tubular beam is inserted into the hole of the vertical post and secured with an omega plate bolted to the post.

Components and materials:

Base made of 2mm thick pickled steel sheet. Vertical made of 100x30mm pickled steel tube, 2mm thick. Plate welded in 4mm pickled steel sheet and omega plate in 3mm pickled steel sheet.

Top support made of 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm pickled steel sheet. Lever in PA6 with a Ø10mm steel rod and a Ø1.8mm harmonic steel spring.

Wheels:

Slik wheels with Ø60mm brake in grey copolymer and M8 metal bolt, with non-marking rubber tread and M8 metal pin.

Finish:

Finished with epoxy powder coating.
